Our Approach at Haddington Care Home

Haddington Care Home is thrilled to provide a home where person-centred care is provided in a pleasant environment that allows for high-quality living. We consider ourselves to be more than just a care facility; we are a community of compassionate professionals dedicated to providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere as well as a lavish lifestyle that is both enlightening and rewarding.

We have a staff of Registered General Nurses, Senior Carers, and Health Care Assistants that provide outstanding residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care for up to 68 residents, all led by our Home Manager. Our strategy focuses on each resident’s complete health rather than just meeting their care needs. Our highly trained and motivated staff is proud of the high-quality service they deliver at all hours of the day and night.

We collaborate with residents and their families to create an individualised care plan that ensures everyone receives the appropriate degree of care. We have a team of highly skilled individuals that employ a comprehensive set of skills and experiences which helps to promote independence, respect, and dignity at all times. We do everything we can at Haddington Care Home to ensure that we are caring for each individual in their entirety, which includes discussing with residents and their loved ones about their specific needs in order to build an appropriate care plan, suited for them and them alone.

Conforming to Care Changes As and When

We employ a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) approach to our care, which enables us to provide a full medical examination by bringing together experts from many specialties in a structured manner. We are fully equipped to provide superior and individualised care to each resident as a result of this approach to care. Residents will continue to benefit from monthly assessments after an initial evaluation to ensure they are receiving the most appropriate and consistent treatment possible. We recognise that traditional methods of care must adapt over time, thus our staff are always looking at ways to improve it.
