At Haddington Care Home our residents have the pleasure of living within such beautiful surroundings that provide many physical activities whilst exploring the Haddington area. Often our residents enjoy taking a leisurely stroll admiring the picturesque views in our Oriental Garden.
Our Private and Secure Gardens at Haddington Care Home provide the perfect opportunity for our residents to catch up with their loved ones or fellow residents in the fresh air as well as providing many outdoor activities to keep them active. A popular spot for our residents to explore and be at one with nature is River Tyne just on the outside of our care home.
When the weather allows us at Haddington Care Home, our activities coordinators make sure to take many of our activities outside so our residents can enjoy our wonderful Oriental Garden and reap the benefits of the outdoors. Residents enjoy playing outdoor games such as croquet, gardening activities, or even making use of our garden furniture and reading a much-loved book.
The outdoors is a fantastic way of improving our resident's quality of life and overall health, which is why our devoted team go above and beyond to ensure that our Oriental Garden is an enjoyable space for our residents to join in on activities or to relax in a calm and tranquil setting.
