Taking Part in The Haddington Festival

We were delighted to attend the Haddington Festival this year after not going ahead for the last two years. The weather was perfect for the festival's fancy dress parade and residents and staff at Haddington Care Home dressed up in the theme of 'Alice in Wonderland and Mad Hatter's Tea Party'.

It was great to see everyone with a big smile on their faces with the sun shining while taking part in the festivities. The festival provides the opportunity for residents of Haddington and the local community to come together. This encourages residents to interact with others within an engaging setting, and above all else have an enjoyable time away from the home. It is also a great way for our residents and staff to see new sights in their local area and build relationships with members of the community.

To top it all off, Haddington Care Home won the Haddington Festival Parade Smart Cup for our fancy dress efforts.
