Haddington Celebrates our Newly Registered Nurses

Here at Haddington Care Home, we have had two overseas qualified nurses, Andrea and Nathaniel, who have been working with us for over a year as team leaders. Recently they have both received their accreditation within the Nursing and Midwifery Council after a year of solid hard work and dedication!

As trained nurses in their own countries, both Nathaniel and Andrea intended to gain their accreditation here, bringing international nursing knowledge and experience to our care home in East Lothian. Both have done so with plenty of enthusiasm and passion; they're both considered trusted and passionate colleagues in line with our home's values.

This then allows us to have a greater nurse presence within Haddington Care Home, providing Nursing Care for our residents on both our Nursing and Dementia floors, as previously only our nursing community had this.
