Our enthusiastic Activities Team go the extra mile to provide exciting activities and trips every week. Some of the activities that residents often participate in include solving puzzles, arts & crafts, quizzes, walks in nature and pen pal letter writing. 

We spend time with our residents learning about their likes and dislikes in order to accommodate their needs. If residents prefer to sit out and do their own thing, they are more than welcome to do so. Residents at Haddington are entitled to live their lives exactly how they choose to.

Haddington Care Home is located on a residential road within the town of Haddington, East Lothian. Our luxury facility is surrounded by woodlands so residents can enjoy pleasant countryside walks on their doorstep. Just a short drive from the coast, residents can take a trip to Gosford Sands during the summer months and witness the stunning views of the shoreline. 

For those who are into golf, there are many golf clubs nearby to the home for residents to make use of. Archerfield Walled Garden, Dirleton Castle & Gardens, Neilson Park and The River Tyne are just a few of the fantastic tourist spots residents can visit with loved ones or with fellow residents in a group setting.  

Haddington Care Home offers an on-site transport service available to all residents at no extra cost. Our private minibus can hold up to 12 people so organising group outings is a simple process, and suitable for those in wheelchairs.
